The Wes Vic Holiday Sands POA is dedicated to maintaining the quality, safety, and beauty of our neighborhood.

Board Members

To ensure a pleasant living environment for everyone, all residents must adhere to the following guidelines:

Property Maintenance: Lawns must be mowed regularly, and external property features should be kept in good repair.
Noise Curfew: Quiet hours are to be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily.
Parking: Vehicles must be parked in driveways or garages. Street parking is limited to temporary guests and should not block the flow of traffic.
Trash Receptacles: Bins should be placed by the curb no earlier than the evening before pickup and stored out of public view by the end of collection day.
Pet Rules: All dogs must be leashed when walking in the neighborhood, and owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pets.
Architectural Changes: Any major exterior modifications (fences, paint colors, additions) must be approved by the POA board prior to construction.
